Before You Go

Once you have signed up for a challenge, the next step is to start preparing for your trip as far in advance as possible. It is very important to give yourself time to devise your fundraising plan and start your training so that you get the most out of the challenge. The more money you raise, the more your charity benefits, and the better you train, the fitter you are and consequently the more you enjoy the challenge. We want to give you as much guidance as possible, and your chosen charity will always be on hand to give you extra support and advice. Most importantly, try to enjoy the preparation time. It is going to be hard work, but don't get worried about how you are going to raise funds, or whether you are going to be fit enough. Try to think of some exciting fundraising ideas, and plan great ways to get fit whilst having fun.
