Why a Corporate Challenge
As Corporate Social Responsibility begins to play such a key role in any business, more and more companies are participating in corporate challenges. Your company may have a chosen charity of the year that it has pledged to raise funds for or you may wish to support a charity that you feel a particularly close tie with. Either way this is an excellent means of fundraising, whilst encouraging team work and developing employees’ loyalty.
Areas that your Corporate Challenge can focus on:
- Team-building
- Crisis management
- Confidence building
- Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving
- Decision making
- People management
Corporations we have worked with
Marsh & McLennan, Wragge & Co., Orange, Letterstone Plc., MGI Wenham Major, White and Case, Coexis, Bita Risk, CSTIM/Morse...
Which Challenge?
We have several types of challenges that you might be interested in:
- Short Haul Challenges in mainland Europe from three to seven days
- Long Haul Challenges in Africa, Asia, North & South America or Antarctica from ten to eighteen days
- Community Challenges in many countries worldwide that will bring the added benefit of helping a community within the country that you have visited and leaving something of great value to them
- Bespoke Challenges where we tailor-make a challenge to suit your company and offer our specialist guides in trekking, cycling, horse or camel riding. Perhaps you have an international seminar in Africa or you would like to tie this challenge in with an event where two offices finally get the chance to meet. Wherever it is, and whatever challenge, we can make it happen.
