Stefan Meigh
Stefan founded Action Challenge in 1997 after 11 years working on international challenge and sporting events within the charity sector. Today Stefan manages Action Challenge's international business, working closely with operators, clients & staff. A keen mountaineer, cyclist & traveller having led trips.
Jan Smolaga
With a background in the corporate sector, Jan spent time working for a small international development charity before moving into the world of global endurance and adventure events. He's taken part in most of the challenges we offer, and is always keen to try a new challenge, trek or climb.
Heather Mooney
Heather brings her experience in event management, quality assurance, and customer service to head up the delivery of our international challenge portfolio. Handling client enquiries, flights and extensions - she's the voice and face of our overseas events.
