ICELAND ULTRA Challenge
10 - 13 JULY 2025
Choose how you want to join the Challenge – register via that option and its associated online form. Then enter your personal details.
- Option 1 – Self Funding. You pay the deposit, then the final balance 10 weeks before the Challenge starts
- Option 2 – Charity Fundraising. You pay the deposit, and choose how much of the trip cost to cover yourself. You fundraise double the remaining balance for your chosen charity.
The Iceland Challenge is a ‘Land Only’ package, meaning you can organise your own flights to Reykjavik from the airport of your choice. It will be your responsibility to meet our team at Keflavik Airport to then join our transfers to the Iceland Challenge Basecamp.
We also offer the option to extend your stay in Iceland after the Challenge.
If you’ve chosen the Self Funding or Mixed Funding option your final balance will be due 10 weeks prior to departure.
- Commit to a minimum fundraising target for the charity of your choice
- 80% of this target is due with your charity 12 weeks prior to the Challenge
- Remaining 20% of fundraising target is due to your charity no later than 4 weeks after
- The charity will pay the balance of your trip cost – granted that you’ve reached these targets.
- If you fail to reach these targets, you may lose your place on the trip.
- All fundraising monies should be raised against an online portal (e.g. Just Giving).
How to Join
Sign up via our online form, and pay the appropriate Registration Fee. You’ll receive a confirmation email with important details and access to your Challenge App, with the resources to help you prepare. If you choose one of the fundraising options we’ll confirm that with the charity you’ve selected, and they will be in contact to welcome you within 14 days.
