Unlike most event organisers, we have a full toolkit available to ensure that your challenge event will genuinely work for your company. Our experienced team will lead the way managing the development of your brief, handling any administration, creating registration platforms, building a bespoke challenge website to help drive recruitment, and a tailored App based participant communications journey. We also conduct the route & risk planning stages – and then full operational delivery of the event.

Our flagship mass participation challenges, with 14 events across UK each year, 30,000 or so participants tackling 25 km, 50 km, or even 100 km on foot whilst fundraising over £7 million for our charity partners. Many corporate clients have teams of all sizes taking part, some with extra hospitality packages, and all getting a top quality, accessible, risk free, great value event – without the hassle of organising their own!

2020 ‘lockdowns’ enabled us to develop a class leading platform for operating any ‘Virtual Challenge’ – and the options are as good as your imagination! It could be individuals or teams, walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, head shaving, or whatever – with single offices or worldwide locations from 100 to 50,000 participants – and with a challenge ‘app’ to bring it all alive!

Virtual challenges are a fantastic and flexible way to engage large audiences – including suppliers & customers alongside colleagues. If paired with a parallel centrepiece ‘real physical’ event – there’s now an unbeatable ‘hybrid’ model available to really capture the imagination of colleagues!

We deal directly with over 500 UK charities – including all the major ones, and we fully understand how the sector operates – what works well as a fundraising challenge and what doesn’t – and how to go about getting all the details right first time.



Harrods - Kilimanjaro & Great Wall of China


Harrods were looking for inspirational events for a mixed group of  colleagues to take on as a motivational challenge – and to raise funds for their ‘charity of the year’ – which was a partnership with NSPCC. Two ‘classic’ challenges in consecutive years provided that unforgettable journey – and real-life group bonding experiences which can never be replicated in the conference rooms!



The great tesco walk


Over 4,000 Tesco colleagues took part in the Land’s End to John O’Groats Relay via a meandering 2400 km route taking in many supermarkets & depots. We planned all aspects of the event, with our crews managing the risk, safety, hospitality, and operations for over a month on the road as the relay torch headed north, and brought it all alive with a bespoke website for registration, comms, and fundraising. The event raised over £1 million for British Heart Foundation & Diabetes UK, and also won ‘Challenge Event of the Year’ at the Business Charity Awards 2018.

British Gas - Climbs Kilimanjaro + Cycles & treks Britain


Our partnership started with a group Kilimanjaro climb for a group of 30 colleagues which included call centre workers. engineers, and the CEO – with fundraising for ‘Make A Wish’. The following year it was an epic 1000 mile round Britain cycle ride for 200 employees and suppliers – fundraising for GOSH. ‘British Gas Treks Britain’ followed for 2 years – where we delivered a series of regional events for thousands of employees with their friends & families. Participants signed up via a challenge website we produced –  chose a 10 km walk, a half or full marathon trek, and to also join the lively ‘family fun days’ at the event hubs, and was part of a partnership with the charity Shelter, which raised over £750k.



Centrica 'John O-Groats to Van's End'


An electric van was driven the length of Britian – Lands End to John O’Groats – visiting Centrica offices enroute, and teams of employees mirrored the route ‘virtually’ by clocking up miles walking, jogging, running, or cycling anywhere at anytime during the month. To make it inclusive & accessible – other non physical activities were awarded miles, so everyone could move along the virtual map – and help raise funds for the charity Carers UK.




Allianz, Jurassic Coast & Thames Path Ultra Challenge


A group of 50 or so Allianz colleagues took on the tough first 50 km of our Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge  – and had their own hospitality gazebos as part of a hospitality package. The year after – 125 of them took on the ‘accessible’ 25 km central London leg of our Thames Path Ultra Challenge – crossing 16 historic bridges with bespoke branded hospitality star tent marquees at the start & finish – and a great celebration atmosphere with medals & a glass or two of fizz!

Deutsche Bank wanted challenges that would appeal to a wide range of their staff, which means the right combinations of excitement, safety & accessibility. M&S had a successful charity of the year arrangement with Macmillan Cancer Support - and wanted a ready made event and an accessible event for employees to join and have a great day out. They joined our Thames Bridges Trek in Central London - with a bespoke package including their own marquee for their 150 'trekkers'.
