How to Join
There are 2 ‘payment options’ available – with or without flights-Charity Fundraising Package and Self Funding. The scheduled trip dates are set out below, click on ‘Full Details’ for all the options. Prices are based on a twin share in respect of challenge accommodation, and scroll down to see info on single supplements, joining with a friend / partner, options for extending your stay, high season pricing, and airline fuel surcharges.
Just like a standard holiday! You pay the initial registration deposit online, and then the final balance of the trip cost (+ any fuel surcharge imposed by the airline) – which is invoiced 12 weeks prior to departure.
Do it for a charity of your choice! You pay the registration deposit online & fundraise at least twice the amount of the final trip cost balance. Your chosen charity pays us the final balance from this fundraising, and 80% of your fundraising target needs to be with the charity 12 weeks prior to departure (and all balances by 4 weeks after return). Any airline imposed fuel surcharge will be invoiced to you – 12 weeks prior.

How It Works
Our packages are generally ‘all-inclusive’ – with accommodation, meals, transport, and local ground operator services included – and of course flights if you choose that option. Single supplements are available – and there’s the option to extend your stay – either by simply changing the return date of your flight and booking your own extension activities – or in some instances by opting for one of pre- arranged extension packages. Places on many of our trips are limited so we recommend booking soon to avoid disappointment!
Our ‘with flights’ option is based on an economy class group booking departing from London (you can request a quote for an ‘upgrade’). The ‘land only’ option means that you book your own flights, and arrange to join the group at the 1st night’s hotel / or airport meet point.
If you’re travelling across the globe – extending your trip may be the perfect opportunity to explore, relax, or do more activities! If you choose the ‘with flights’ option you can request a return flight date change – and either arrange your own extension programme & reservations – or book one of our pre-arranged packages if available.
If you’re travelling with someone else – or as a small group – do let us know so we can ensure that the accommodation and flight arrangements worked out properly from the outset.
All our quoted prices are based on a ‘twin share basis’ (ie with a friend / partner – or on a same sex allocated basis if travelling alone). You can request a ‘single supplement’ to cover hotel rooms / tent / lodge accommodation.
Oil prices are volatile, and often airlines impose ‘fuel surcharges’. Unfortunately we have to pass these surcharges on to our customers – as they’re ‘unknown’ at the time of booking (which may be up to 18 months in advance of the trip) – and are invoiced 12 weeks prior to departure (once confirmed by the airline) – is subject to a ‘cap’ – which is the maximum that you would ever need to pay (we cover the cost above that cap). Airport & air travel taxes are also potentially subject to change in times of post Covid recovery & CO2 emission control – and this is covered via our Terms & Conditions.
As with any adventure holiday, prices may be higher at certain times – generally reflecting the higher flight prices during those peak periods.
